Operations Management (Basic) - Operations Management 101: Creating Workflow Network Diagrams

This video series is for those new to Operations Management or individuals who just want to know a little more about OM basics. That is my target audience. In this video, we discuss Project Management, more specifically how to create workflow network diagrams using activity nodes and predecessor relationships with the AON (Activity On Node) convention. Using a drawing program, I actually walk the viewer through how to take information from an activity list with predecessor activities and draw out a network step-by-step. The example comes from: "Operations Management" 8/e by Heizer and Render (ISBN: 013185755X). It is a great book to pick up.
