This video series is for those new to Operations Management or individuals who just want to know a little more about OM basics. That is my target audience. In this video (Part I) we discuss Project Management, more specifically how to find the critical path through a project network using the forward pass and backward pass method. In Part II, we will actually draw and make the necessary calculations in the network using a drawing program. The example comes from: "Operations Management" 8/e by Heizer and Render (ISBN: 013185755X). It is a great book to pick up.
