Full Transcript

This video series is for those new to Operations Management or individuals who just want to know a little more about OM basics. That is my target audience. In this video (Part II) we discuss Project Management, more specifically how to construct a critical path network and find the earliest start, earliest finish, latest start, and latest finish using the forward and backward pass method. Background information can be found in Part I of this video. Which activities can be delayed without affecting the entire project? When can we expect our project to be completed? These and other questions will be answered in this video. The example comes from: "Operations Management" 8/e by Heizer and Render (ISBN: 013185755X). It is a great book to pick up. My playlist table of contents, Video Companion Guide PDF documents, and file downloads can be found on my website: https://www.bcfoltz.com
