This is a video supplement to the book "Modern Robotics: Mechanics, Planning, and Control," by Kevin Lynch and Frank Park, Cambridge University Press 2017. This video shows how the recursive Newton-Euler dynamics can be used to solve for the forward dynamics of a robot (calculating the joint acceleration given the joint configuration, velocity, and forces/torques) and how the forward dynamics can be used to simulate the motion of a robot.
