Issues in National Security Lecture Series - Issues in National Security, Lecture 3: James Holmes

In the Issues in National Security lecture series, U.S. Naval War College faculty hold scholarly lectures for the benefit of spouses and other family members of our students and employees. Ten lectures will be offered from January through May 2019. For the Feb. 5 event, professor James Holmes' topic was “U.S. Naval Power in the Pacific” -- but he gave the talk the alternate title "Maritime Strategy and Zombies."
