Asana Training - Introducing: Master Asana

But you're not sure of the best way to set up your account. Maybe you've tried getting your team to use Asana but it hasn't really taken off. You'd like to learn more about what Asana can do and take things to the next level. That's why I made the Master Asana course and coaching program. When I was providing 1-on-1 consulting, I would repeat myself, a lot. I've now turned the step-by-step process I used with almost every client into an online course. The course will help you solve a few key problems: 1) You'll learn the best way to set up Asana for your business. Asana is a real blank slate and there are so many ways you can set things up. You'll learn about different features and ways to use Asana, so you can create a really clean and organised project management system. 2) You'll learn how to improve the adoption of Asana within your team. By following my rollout plan and by sharing key videos with your team, you can get everyone up to speed and on the same page about how to use Asana. My YouTube videos are quite short and lite. Asana's own resources are very instructional. But this course goes into much more detail about the strategy behind Asana and I give very specific recommendations about what to do and what not to do. You'll also get access to my private Slack community so you can get help from me and other users whenever you need. And you can join group coaching calls (run by me) twice a week to get answers whenever you need. This is a great way to learn what other people are doing with Asana, avoid their mistakes and learn a lot more than you otherwise would on your own. You can join and pay month to month.
