Design and architecture are sometimes considered two separate and independent disciplines. Most times, that’s not the case. Designers have to talk to architects, just like architects have to talk to designers. I use a concept called ‘red button design’ to illustrate the spectrum of possibilities on what the supporting architecture could be.
