Business Architecture - Design and Architectural Thinking

Traditionally, when addressing human-centric problems we have missed a big part of the solution approach. We design the solution around how the parts of the system have to work to solve the problem but ignore one of the most critical aspects, which is, how the user is going to interact with the solution. This video explores argues for the need to consider design thinking in solving human centric problems.
