Teaching "come" to your deaf/blind dog can be a great way to ask your dog toward you. It can also be useful to teach your dog to follow you, or get him into a position for grooming, handling, or veterinary work without using force. Training is a great way to strengthen the bond with your dog, as well as boost their confidence and keep them safe! Training should be a fun experience for both you and your dog. If you find yourself getting frustrated, take a break. If you find that your dog is not understanding, lessen the criteria, and make sure to set your dog up for success! Check back for more training videos, and feel free to request a video in the comments!
