Rory Eliza, a social media influencer, was recently very impacted by an experience she had when she paid to pet a young macaque in Thailand. Afterwards, she apologized and pleaded with others not to do the same. I feel it is important to share. My script for the captions is at the bottom of this comment. I know she is very emotional in this video, but I believe her remorse and sentiment to be genuine. Since she posted this to her social media platforms that reach almost 7 million people, I am assuming she would approve of this video.
