They discuss and reflect on: • The importance of being aware of, and staying true to personal values and beliefs and how we manage ourselves and others when these are challenged at different points in the season. • The need for coaches and players to believe in, and have clarity of their playing style whilst also being reflective about when/if the way we play might need to be flexible, or coached in a different way. • The interaction of these two key themes and how they impacted upon team performance.
