In this Unit, we are going to learn about the various types of network devices that are used to link computers together, which devices are used to link up various networks that exist and their functions. E.g Hub, Repeaters, Bridge, Router, terminal, workstation, client computer, servers, network adaptor card, transmission media, brouter and gateway We will also cover types of network that is: 1) Peer- to- peer network connection 2) Server-based network connection This video has partially covered the academic unit CIT 1304: INTRO TO NETWORK DEVICES.
