Welcome to our lesson for today, the topic is Introduction to Exceptional Children from the units BPY 1103 ELECTRICITY AND MAGNETISM by MOSES NDERITU a Lecturer at School of Education, Mount Kenya University. In this video, we will cover the concept of charge. Quick summary points on this video: 1. There are two types of charge: positive and negative 2. Like charges repel and unlike charges attract 3. Electrostatics is the study of charge which are at rest with respect to each other or moving very slowly 4. Conductors allow flow of charges while non-conductors do not allow flow of charge This video also covers Coulomb's Law. Charles Augustine Coulomb (1736-1806) conducted experiments showed that the magnitude of electric force exerted by a body on another depends directly on the product of the two charges. The school offers enhancement certificates, diploma, bachelor, masters and doctoral programs, for more details visit http://education.mku.ac.ke/
