This is a short but very useful video where we cover real-world scenarios that consultants and functional users frequently encounter in Accounts Receivable and Sales Order processing. The video explains how to restrict specific items to specific customers using the Approved Customer List feature, including how to enable and configure it through Feature Management, and how to control the system behavior using warning versus not-allowed settings. We also explore different ways to handle partial delivery of sales orders, including the use of Deliver Now as well as partial delivery through Picking List Registration and quantity splitting. In addition, the video shows how to identify sales order lines that are delivered but not yet invoiced and explains why picking list registration sometimes happens automatically and how this behavior can be controlled through system parameters. All concepts are explained in a simple, step-by-step manner, based on real implementation experience.
