Join guest speakers Haneen Jadallah and Ahmed Kamal Junina for a 30-minute live discussion focusing on some practical, adaptable ways to teach English in difficult circumstances. Haneen Jadallah is a Palestinian–UK–based educator, teacher trainer, and PhD student at the University of Warwick, UK. She has a special interest and expertise in drama and English language learning, as well as intercultural online theatre. She is passionate about connecting young people in Palestine with their peers around the world through intercultural linkups and online theatre. Ahmed Kamal Junina is an Assistant Professor of Applied Linguistics and the Head of the English Department at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza, Palestine. He is also a Fellow at the Centre for Comparative and International Research in Education (CIRE) at the University of Bristol, UK. Ahmed is also the Project Lead for Resilient Voices, a digital storytelling initiative supported by the British Council in Palestine.
