This lecture on Strategy Evaluation begins with a fundamental question: How do we evaluate corporate strategy? Seymour Tilles provides an answer in his paper published in Harvard Business Review. When organizations question whether a strategy is suitable for them, six criteria are considered: internal consistency, consistency with the environment, appropriateness given available resources, satisfactory risk levels, appropriate time horizon, and workability.
