In this video, we’ll show you how to use statement extraction in QuickBooks Online to upload and extract data from a bank statement. If you haven't connected your bank to QuickBooks yet, or if you need to manually add older transactions, you can upload a picture of your bank statement and QuickBooks will extract the transactions. It's okay if the statement is a picture or a scan, and the quality doesn't need to be perfect. QuickBooks supports bank and credit card statements from all banks and credit unions. Loan and brokerage statements are not supported. 0:00 Intro 0:51 Where to find statement extraction and things to consider 1:42 Navigating the statement extraction screen We have over 100 step-by-step tutorials to help you learn QuickBooks inside and out.
