In this video you will learn how to copy a sketch from one face of a 3D model to another face of a 3D model in FreeCAD. These methods will also work when copying a sketch from one plane to another. I'll show you two methods for copying a sketch, which will give you a dependent or independent copy of the sketch. A dependent copy is one that will be related to the source sketch, and if you make changes to the source sketch, those changes will also be made to the copy of the sketch. An independent copy is one that will not be affected by changes to the source sketch and can be edited independently of the source sketch. Both methods can be very useful, and in some cases can significantly speed up the work and save a lot of time.
