Colonel Russell Williams was a colonel in the Canadian Air Force who was a Distinguished leader in pilot who had flown state dignitaries an even the queen of England who was responsible for overseeing many of the operations in the Middle East from Canada’s largest military base. Colonel Russell Williams turned out to be a sick sexual predator, serial rapist and murderer who prayed on the women close to his homes in Ottawa Ontario. His body count would have sky rocketed has he not been caught when he was, due to his rank and respect within the military had he not made a few careless mistakes this could have went on for decades or he may have never been caught. This video is one of the most graphic accounts of a killers confessions we have ever heard and viewers discretion is advised.
