One of our :nanay" (mother) weaver working on an abaca rug. Nanay is one of our new weavers and is dedicated to improve in her skill until it match our veterans. She is a fast learner and even gives it a woman's touch by being extra meticulous in her weaving.
Almost everything is handmade- even the ropes and twines. No machine are used in all our carpets. Here you can see how the warp is being made.
