Welcome to Teacher Webinar 11: Turning your Challenges into Opportunities. This is the fifth part in our new webinar series on the topic of 'Cultivating Entrepreneurial Mindsets and Preparing Young People for the Future: A Journey from Business Idea to Plan' by Teach A Man To Fish. It took place on 30th July 2020 with teachers from all around the world. Webinar description: In this interactive webinar we show you how to turn your school business challenges into opportunities - from how to beat your competitors, to how to overcome any threats facing your business. We explore how your students can develop their problem-solving, critical thinking, staying positive and creativity skills through three key business tools: a competitor analysis, a SWOT analysis and operational planning. Please note: This webinar featured small 'breakout rooms' to allow participants to interact with and learn from each other in small groups. The parts of the session done in breakout rooms have been removed from this recording.
