In this video, we explore a practical SAFe PI Planning simulation tool designed to make PI Planning more visual, structured, and interactive. Instead of only using static boards like Miro or Figma, this tool helps participants understand how PI Planning actually works across Agile Release Trains, teams, features, stories, dependencies, milestones, and the ART Planning Board. The demo covers how to set up a workspace, define Agile Release Trains, create PIs, assign roles, manage ART backlog items, generate team stories, estimate work, plan iterations, manage cross-team dependencies, and visualize everything on a dynamic ART Planning Board. This simulation will be used in our SAFe classes to help learners experience PI Planning in a more realistic and hands-on way.
