These seven videos on Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) help you develop the first-level understanding, which can significantly increase your training effectiveness. So watch them before you attend your training class. #3 -Program Increment (PI) and Iterations In SAFe, we have two timeboxes, one is a little long, and the other is short, the long timebox is called PI, and it can be of 8 to 12 weeks; in general, we take 10 weeks as the default duration, and shorter timebox is called Iteration which is of two weeks. Each timebox is a learning cycle, so we have a two-week learning cycle for team-level work and a ten-week learning cycle for full agile release train. #1 – Agile Teams : https://youtu.be/lR1vlVE7H64 #2 - Agile Release Train : https://youtu.be/ezVImcbS4Ew #3 -Program Increment (PI) and Iterations : https://youtu.be/sFDE8BnHywA #4 - Program Backlog - https://youtu.be/MvBinEmvtWo #5 – Program Increment (PI) Planning Meeting : https://youtu.be/yssQ3hNGYkw #6 – Team Backlog : https://youtu.be/_AN5WR8RtYg #7- Innovation and Planning (I&P) Iteration : https://youtu.be/QBWAvlwqFUE You can check our upcoming training on Scaled Agile here: https://www.izenbridge.com/scaled-agile/ or drop us an email for your specific needs.
