Using ImagR, we’ll walk through each step, from cropping and resizing the image to selecting puzzle settings and generating an SVG file. We start by preparing the image, setting the size to 180 mm wide and a DPI of 254 for sharp detail in engraving. Then, we access ImagR's built-in puzzle tool to define the puzzle dimensions and customize the number of pieces.After creating the puzzle design, the SVG file is converted to AI format using Conversio.co for compatibility with popular laser software like RD Works. Finally, we import both the puzzle outline and the image into the laser software, align them, and start the engraving job. By the end, you’ll have a personalized laser-engraved puzzle ready to enjoy or share as a unique gift.
