Looking to give your video a classic cinematic touch? In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to use the Film Roll Transition in InShot, which mimics the effect of a film reel rolling into the next scene. Perfect for adding that nostalgic or vintage feel to your edits! Add at least two clips to your timeline in InShot. Tap the white square icon between the clips to open the Transition menu. Go to the Film section. The first four transitions in this section will give you the Film Roll effect. Select one of them. Use the duration slider to adjust how fast or slow you want the transition to be. Adjust the volume slider to control the sound during the transition. Drag it to the left if you want to remove the sound completely. Tap the checkmark to apply the transition.
