In this video, we look at GPIO control using a Linux device driver on Raspberry Pi.
We learn how to request and free GPIO pins, configure GPIO input and output, and control an LED and a button from the kernel. We also compare the legacy GPIO request method with the newer GPIO descriptor (gpiod) method.
This video is part of the Linux Driver Development with Raspberry Pi tutorial series.
