Welcome to electrical engineering with Excel. Can you really make an Excel workbook foolproof? Well, not entirely. But we can do our best, at insuring that the formulas are protected, and that Excel’s data validation tool is used, to make sure the user is restricted to inputs, that are within the allowable limits. This video applies data validation to the previously developed workbook for the LM117 amd LM317 voltage regulator calculator.
