Full Transcript

Screen cast of Professor Paluch working through Example 10.3 from "Introduction to Chemical Engineering Computation with MATLAB." In this example we solve a system of first order ODEs corresponding to the Lorenz attractor using ode45. We will use a rate function in which we hard code the parameters, and also a general rate expression where the parameters are passed using an anonymous functions. The M-files created in the screen cast are provided below: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fdc4Kp39BDW7HyT7M9piIuZ3m9W1243o/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rgK5AFeClU7TKLK4dwSNO9G4ZYW2OWw6/view?usp=sharing
