This Lecture is in continuation to last two lectures on the understanding of State. This will trace the roots and chronology of the concept of state since the ancient times. It will discuss the evolution of state in ancient Greece, Roman and Byzantine empires in middle ages and most essentially the era of Feudalism from 8th to 16th century. Finally it will discuss the coming of absolutist monarchies and Modern liberal State.
