In this class, we study an important lecture by Master Samael Aun Weor where he teaches us the importance of experiencing the Absolute Consciousness, The Holy Okidanokh, Samadhi, The Tao, Sunyata, The Illuminating Void, etc. It is crucial to strive towards experiencing these heights of meditation so that we can strengthen ourselves against the Ego. When we have experienced what is Real, then it is easier to let the illusions of the mind dissolve. This lecture includes a special variation technique on the 'HAM SA' pranayama, which we call here 'ecstatic HAM SA'; this helps to transmute the sexual energy and experience Samadhi.
