The second video in this series, “Interacting with People with Disabilities… and Everyone,” explains how to speak and interact with people with disabilities, and how they communicate and navigate physical spaces. When available Section 261 of HAVA, authorizes payments to states and units of local government to ensure access to the polls for individuals with disabilities.
