I've had a number of people ask me, "How can I improve my communication". Many of you want to sound more confident when you communicate. Others want to sound more articulate. So I decided to create this video where I share tips on how I improved my communication. You see, I used to be a shy communicator. I preferred to hide in the background and would avoid situations where I was required to speak a lot. But when I reached the corporate world, I soon realised that this behaviour (avoiding speaking) was not going to serve me. In fact, it would only hold me back in my career. From that moment, I made a conscious effort to improve my communication. I worked to become a more confident communicator. Then I focused on becoming more articulate.
