But I want to approach it from a different angle today, because there’s also a hormone in your brain that will increase your decisiveness, assertiveness, and energy levels, and as a bonus, it makes it easier to gain muscle, easier to lose fat, and gives you a higher sex drive. And it’s been shown to heavily correlate with confidence. The only thing that’s unclear is if it’s a first order cause of higher confidence, or if the increased decisiveness, energy, assertiveness, muscle, etc. is what leads to confidence.
