Calculating the determinant of 3x3 matrices is done by focusing on a row or a column and multiplying each term by the determinant of a 2x2 matrix. We'll cover how to arrange the terms to get the determinant. Note that no matter which row or column you choose, it will always get the same answer, even the same terms, just in a different order.
