In Northern Ireland, paramilitary groups still enforce brutal "punishment attacks," shooting people in the knees and ankles as a harsh form of neighborhood justice for alleged antisocial behavior or drug dealing. Despite peace agreements, these armed groups hold control in some communities, using violence to intimidate and punish, often with devastating physical and psychological effects on victims and their families. Many live in constant fear, with little trust in the police, while community workers and some locals try to challenge this dangerous system. This documentary reveals the harsh reality behind these attacks and the ongoing struggle to stop them.
