Supposing you have a PA who does stuff for you. You send them out of town with a truck of your tomatoes, to deliver them to a buyer. On their way to the buyer, the truck breaks down and it is two days, they are failing to sort the truck out. Your PA decides to sell the tomatoes on the road, to avoid having a truck of spoilt tomatoes. Is his act an act of Agency? Can you hold him liable for selling your truck of tomatoes illegally?
