Stage fright also known as performance anxiety is one of the most common and crippling challenges faced by even the most experienced performers. This module dives deep into the psychological, physiological, and behavioral roots of performance anxiety and offers a robust toolkit for transforming fear into fuel. Module 8 is a convergence of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), sports psychology, meditation science, breathwork, somatic therapy, and performing arts techniques.
