In this lesson, we leverage the abstractions created in previous sections to easily develop a new pallet called Proof of Existence. This pallet allows users to store a hash of a document on the blockchain, proving ownership and existence. You'll learn how to set up the initial structure, define the storage fields using a B-tree map, and initialize the new pallet. This foundational lesson prepares the pallet for further development and integration, showcasing the simplicity and flexibility of our modular design.
