When it comes to trend lines, here’s what I look for: • Three touch points • Plenty of data (multiple candlesticks—the more, the better) • A clear trend (not consolidation) And if it doesn't feel right, it's probably not a good trend line. I think the biggest issue with traders is that they hop on trends too early and get a lot of takeout movements. So be careful!!!
