This series of piano lessons and tutorials for beginners is designed to help you learn how to play the piano. This lesson centers on playing songs and exercises with your right hand. This lesson is also intended for beginners, so you may not learn a whole lot from this lesson if you are a more advanced piano student. These exercises will help you grow accustomed to reading the treble clef and playing with the right hand. The right hand is important as it is usually used to play the treble clef on piano. Be sure to check out my other lessons and tutorials to learn even more about playing piano. These right hand examples are written in the treble clef and are a good introduction into playing with just your right hand. Be sure to check out the earlier piano lessons in this series since they will teach you how to read sheet music and teach you how to get your hands in position. Also covered in previous lessons are basic rhythm concepts, how music is broken into measures, and other rudimentary topics. Remember that the lines of the treble clef from bottom to top are E, G, B, D, and F. The spaces of the treble clef spell the word F, A, C, E. The treble clef is usually played with the right hand and its notes are usually to the right of middle c on the piano.
