This month I have a big project to tackle and I'm planning a new project layout for it in my bullet journal! As you know, I want to keep a minimalist layout for the tasks, events, and milestones I need to track. Download the project template here: http://mattragland.com/project-timeline Ready to focus and actually achieve your goals? Grab the "Most Productive Week Ever" planner for just $9 and start making real progress on the projects that count. https://mattragland.podia.com/mpwe-planner?youtube I'm starting with a single timeline across the page, with the dates listed dot by dot at the top of the page. Each task, event, and milestone starts with a line that corresponds with that day, and a signifier at the top to let me know if it's a task, event, or milestone. This gives me a quick one-page view of the entire month and what needs to happen on the day it needs to happen. The page below the timeline is a zoomed in version of each week. This is where I add in more details and sub-tasks that help build towards later tasks, events, and milestone. 0:45 - Project template overview & downloads 1:52 - Project timeline, dates, and keys 4:22 - Task, event, milestone legend 5:15 - Week by week tasks & events 7:34 - Wrap up and preview of the next video 8:21 - Disaster of an ending ================================================== Download all of my Bullet Journal productivity resources, including the 10 Block Method, Time Tracking Grids, and Monthly Plan at http://bulletjournalguy.com.
