Real Estate / Investing 101 - My advice to be successful if you’re a teenager watching YouTube right now…

It seems like a large portion of my demographic is under the age of 18 and doing everything they can to be successful. Here is my advice to all of those people, and my top 4 recommendations of what you can do right now that’ll put you ahead of curve. Thanks for watching! If you want to be a real estate investor, real estate agent, stock trader, investor…anything, you can learn almost everything online and on YouTube. Use this to your advantage. Second step: Get firsthand experience. Learning is one component, but having firsthand experience is invaluable. Do whatever you can to get your foot in the door - volunteer, work for free, work part time, do anything you can to get the experience to learn. Third step: Try as many things as you can. You might not like what you initially thought you wanted to do - I thought I wanted to be an investment banker in high school ;) Then I found real estate and the rest was history. Fourth step: Take risks. You have very little to lose and a LOT to gain. Even if you fail, these experiences are priceless and will help you going forward.
