Each is labelled here on Youtube for you to work through, with the number of the section first, then the number of the video E.g the first video of section one is labelled 1.1, the third video in section two is labelled 2.3 ...etc Section 5 is for you to make sure that your fears have been addressed. Here you can revise over ideas that have been shown to you, and the actual physical tasks that you have learned and applied, so that you can always come back to these ways of thinking at any stage in your life.
