This segment demonstrates how to revise the input dataset to visualize proportion instead of count. It also covers adding labels to plots. Course Description: This 1-hour course teaches students to create customized data visualizations in R. Using the ggplot2 package, students will produce plots, histograms, density distribution, and other useful visualizations to bring their data to life. This course is designed to be used in conjunction with the Data Visualization with R curriculum (PDF), which you can access and download here: https://cmu-lib.github.io/os-workshops/reproducible-research/Data%20Visualization%20with%20R.pdf. An up-to-date copy of R and RStudio are required for this course. This lesson also assumes basic familiarity with R and the RStudio environment. Participants are expected to have completed the Introduction to R mini prior to enrolling in this course, or to have an equivalent level of understanding of the material contained in that lesson.
