CHEMICAL PROCESS CALCULATIONS/ Lecture nO. 50 : Solved Numerical on Psychrometric chart for Humidification and dehumidification) In this lecture, Numerical on psychrometric chart to determine the physical and thermodynamic properties =of an air water system is explained. The various parameters such as mass flow rate, as the ratio of initial volume by specific volume, heat capacity ,amount of vapour to be added or removed, tons of refrigeration cab be determined Please refer to text book for the definitions in detail. Learners are advised to check the answers for numerical to be checked , if any. In the previous lecture, Humidification and dehumidification are discussed. For a gas-vapor system, saturation , dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, dew point, saturation ,percentage saturation, relative humidity are defined.
