First, enter the house and go to the birthday party room, you will see a door on the upper side of the wall. Using some boxes you can make a simple stair model as shown in the video, once you made just walk on it and open that door which leads to the train station. Now enter the train control area and switch on the lever and push the button to start the train on rail tracks. The second method is to go to the emergency exit area, climb the ladder and there is a door below the stairs. Jump from there and glide using an umbrella to the small box shape area.
