In this video, we'll show you how to supercrop and intentionally break your cannabis stems to promote stronger, bushier growth and increase your yield. If you watched my video on how to fix a broken stem, https://youtu.be/kJjHPJqkIi4 it really wasnt necessary to fix unless the bend completely split the plant in which, the severed part could be used as a clone. Supercropping is a high-stress training technique that involves gently bending the stems of your weed plants to create a knuckle. This knuckle allows for increased nutrient flow and encourages the marijuana plant to grow more lateral branches, resulting in a higher yield. This also allows the lower bud site to regain access to direct light resulting in higher yields and better quality. There really is no wrong way to intentionally break cannabis stems. Just use common sense to strategically break the stem so that it creates a right angle and the branch will eventually heal and grow back stronger.
