Tips on How to be more confident, like black panther King T'Challa Click to subscribe so you don't MISS new videos: http://bit.ly/2kKvbSH How does your personality affect your confidence - take my free quiz here: https://keshavbhatt.com/quiz -- Hey guys, in this video I thought it would be cool to show you how to be more confident using a confidence building breakdown from black panther scenes in the movie between King T'Challa & Killmonger. We often seek more confidence building tips, since we all know how confidence is the key to success, but how do you do it? How do you find and apply the best tips to boost your confidence? Watch the video to find out more & increase your confidence. When we say we’re looking to be confident, what we often really mean - beneath that, is we want the ability to go through whatever challenges we face, with relative ease. And by that, what we really want is to be able to deal with even the most uncertain situations, without second guessing ourselves & coming from a place of doubt rather than assurance. And this is something we see King T’Challa display time & time again, if you look at some of the most challenging parts of the film for the character - you can’t help but think, man this guy is ice cool throughout. This coolness, isn’t just T’Challa either. It’s all of the main characters. But if we look at the main antagonist - Killmonger, his confidence is more like the kind we expect - a bit more aggressive, loud & bold and it complements the Kings confidence quite nicely. In fact if we were to compare, and I don’t think this happens by accident, Killmonger’s confident displays are like that of a lion, whereas T’Challa’s is like that of a panther. Take a look at this clip for example, and notice these similarities. A panthers movement is always very slow & understated. There’s a real grace about it, even though it’s steps are light & its got a very careful walk, you know it is not to be messed with. And the same is true of T’Challa. Throughout the film, he commands a presence through his walk - its very regal & graceful. But commanding at the same time. Whereas Killmonger, walks with a real swagger, bravado and heaviness. Sometimes people mistakenly believe that confidence is about showing that you’re confident. When really, as I mentioned in my last video, it’s just about being comfortable. Instead of looking around nervously, watch Killmonger’s eyes as he enters, he’s comfortable, as if he’s walked into the room many times before. It conveys a sense of authority - he knows what he’s doing, he know’s what he believes in - and ultimately he has conviction. It’s as much about his inner confidence & emotional state, as these cues I’m showing you. Like I mentioned before, confidence isn’t monolithic, it doesn’t always look loud & flashy like Killmonger’s displays. It is also about projecting less & also being calm , as shown here by the understated coolness of T’Challa. Now let’s take it back to you. How could you use this information & these examples in your own life? How do you build up that same level of confidence in yourself? Without all of the trauma & drama that these characters go through? Well, very simple - its a technique I’ve been showing you how to use throughout this video. One that anyone can use, to reverse engineer excellence. And that technique is known in NLP as “Modelling”. You take any person or individual who displays a quality that you admire, and you use them as a guide to follow, to help you unleash your own excellence. As always leave a comment below!
