This course is an introduction to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on the 25th May 2018. This course will take the key elements of the GDPR and will give you an understanding of the importance placed on the security of personal data in a technologically complex world. Please note that this video has been updated in January 2021 to reflect the recent changes in data protection regulations and political changes. Some modules of this training course have been updated too - their titles and descriptions mention the date of the update.
