It covers Practices and Procedures, including practice before the IRS, becoming an Enrolled Agent, practitioner duties, sanctionable acts and penalties. After publication of the video, I added some information to slides 75 and 76, to update fine amounts. I included the fines for returns FILED in both 2024 and 2025. There was also one correction to slide 74, to change the penalty to 75% of income (not 50% as shown in the video). See below for how to get a copy of the new slides.
